intermittantly works since april purchase…Refund?

Never had as much problem with a app ever..rebooting,reinstalling app does not solve problem of missing map of locations..it does not work all the time…contacted support…followed instructions of rebooting my 27 inch Mac probably 20 times and reinstalling app…only thing that works is showing the radar but not the city locations or state…patience has led to frustration to the point that I do want a REFUND for this purchase…..here we are in June since my purchase..and it still works intermittantly….will stick with clear day that has worked consistantly well…Never having to reboot or reinstall app with clear day app…buyer beware!
